There is a big difference between being alone and being lonely.
Solitude is medicine and something I believe our culture is sorely lacking!
So many people feel deep loneliness and disconnection even with swarms of people around them and friends at their fingertips.
The irony is that, although it seems impossible, solitude is the emollient for loneliness.
And when I say “solitude,” I am not referring to being alone watching Netflix or scrolling on social media.
I am referring to a conscious choice to create space, breathe fully and deep-dive into your own heart and soul.
There is so much power in carving out time, being with yourself and listening deeply within.
Before I step into anything new or important in my life, I go into solitude, which is exactly what I am sharing with you today from the Joshua Tree desert.
If you have been feeling depleted, lacking clarity and wanting to feel more connected, alive and aligned so you can shine brighter in our world, I created this video especially for you!
