I know we’re normally taught that anger is something to get rid of and hide because typically we’ve seen very angry people do very harmful things.
However, when we can consciously make friends with anger, another level of freedom, confidence and empowerment can rise.

CREATING YOUR ANGER HEALING CEREMONY:
1. Create sacred space: Light a candle, place fresh flowers or earth elements, tapestries and/or crystals in a designated, uninterrupted space where you can comfortably sit surrounded by beauty.
2. Clear the space: Light sage, incense, palo santo or spray essential oil water to clear and lift the space, making space for Grace.
3. Set a healing intention: Call in the light (you can use this 3 minute Calling in the Light audio I created for you) and set an intention to heal at the deepest level. i.e. My intention is to heal at the deepest level with ease and grace.
4. Grab your journal + write your anger letter | Give the anger a voice through free from writing using the guidance in today’s video.
5. Release + Forgive: Consciously shred or safely burn the letter and use self-forgiveness to set yourself free. I forgive myself for judging myself as ...
