On a personal note …
I want to give you a little inside into how I’m able to sustain a high frequency while giving back and being consistently visible… especially as an empath, introvert and highly sensitive person. 😅
What I’ve discovered through trial and error over many years is that putting yourself out there requires bravery. The 5-day challenge we just did required a lot of bravery, energy and courage.
In the past, I used to crash and burn after an event like this.
I’d dip so low that I’d then question my work, my ability … I’d go into a negative spiral because I was so exhausted by it all.
Thankfully, I eventually learned about my own limits, needs and ways to ensure that I stay energized and cared for.
You see, there are TWO sides of the coin of visibility:
1. Bravery
2. Recovery
Just like an athlete goes out there and gives 100% of herself to the game and then returns home to an ice bath, good food, rest, massages, etc, the same is required when you’re a Leader of Love.
Recovery is equally as important as bravery.
And beyond that … Recovery is required for consistent bravery.
That’s why the last week of every month, I take a Flex Week, which means I don’t book with clients or schedule anything work-related.
I give myself the gift of going at my own pace, deepening in self-care and doing work without any pressure of time.
I share this with you because…
