One of the biggest blocks to manifestation is overthinking, which is simply an avoidance of feeling uncomfortable emotions.
You can only manifest at the degree to which you feel safe in your body and nervous system. You can’t positive affirmation your way out of the deeper work. This is why I teach and emphasize something I call BECOMING YOUR OWN SAFETY, which requires getting masterful at feeling your feelings from a present state of consciousness.
