There are 3 Stages to Creating a New Life:
The first stage is not something you’re going to hear anywhere else, but it’s the reason most of our culture is anxious, physically ill, or emotionally imbalanced. Listen to the audio to get the full picture on this.
1. GRIEVE: What feelings have you been running from? What have you been unwilling to feel? What is your body begging you to feel and release?
You know this is a missing stage for you if you feel heavy, exhausted, and find yourself overthinking or trying to “do” something when you get triggered or feel upset. You will just create the same old reality until you get present with your body and feel what you feel, free from thinking. Inner child work is powerful here. Think of this as Spring Cleaning for your soul.
2. RECEIVE: What have you been wishing someone else would do for you that you can choose to give yourself? What self-care practices do you hunger for? Who/what do you need to put healthy boundaries around to get your time, energy, and life back?
This is all about filling up your cup. Stage 1 is all about making space. Now in Stage 2, it’s about nurturing yourself and luxuriating to bring your energy and frequency up to a vibrant state.
3. WEAVE: What does your soul want to create? What dreams are you here to weave? What do you truly want vs. what others expect of you?
This is all about connecting with your heart, imagining what you truly want, and taking action on it.
