5 Strategies for Being Present and Productive:

1. Put Presence first!
How you begin your day can have a huge influence on your entire day. Starting your day in meditation, present-moment awareness, and setting a clear intention stimulates focus, clarity and calm.

2. Have one-pointed focus.
Clarify your quarterly target and streamline your thinking & actions to move your vision forward. 💪 In other words, focus on one project at a time.

What is your goal or focus for the next 90 days?

One-pointed focus is a game-changer when it comes to success, productivity and inner-calm!

3. Practice Shine Time.
3 B’s: Breath, Body Awareness, Brow Center
Pause every couple of hours for a couple of minutes and breathe deeply into your body, close your eyes and let your focus fall softly and inwardly on your brow center or bridge of your nose!

This short, simple practice, done regularly, is a whole body reset and primes your mind to be crystal clear and focused.

4. Enjoy Zen action. When doing something that doesn’t require thinking, relax the mind and focus 100% of your attention on the task at hand (i.e. the physical experience).

Overthinking is one of the biggest productivity blocks.

Simple moments and mundane tasks are GREAT opportunities to refresh the mind and come home to yourself by being present, honing your focus.

5. Stop before you start!
Become present and get still before taking your next action.

When one chapter in your day ends (i.e. a meeting or task), stop and get present before moving into the next task or activity.

Deepening in Presence is one of the best ways to clean up your mind and increase productivity.
